On The Spot is one of our favorite clients. This is our third project together. The image has evolved from a practical palette of solutions to a complex space in terms of color, light, and atmosphere. However, the approach has remained consistent: a reasonable budget, good ventilation, and “honest” materials.
After a period of remote work, employees returned to an office that welcomed them with a bright new design and a focus on their psychological comfort through safe solutions.

Ideas where materials serve multiple purposes, both structural and decorative, are encouraged.
Thus, the project includes brick walls with volumetric masonry, which act as partitions forming the restroom block and as a decorative solution along the main passages.
Glass block walls were also used, providing excellent sound insulation while allowing light into the previously unlit corridor spaces.
